The truth is that there's almost certainly illegal internet access for prisoners right now in some prisons - all you really need for the internet is a mobile phone, and mobile phones go missing in prisons all the time. Some of rhp's best users may be serving cons.

I'd love to but by the time I save enough money to get a new computer at home, I'd have lost all my games by timeout
