Well, it is only a claim, but it is supposed to have Spanish origins in the form of a story teller named Juan Manuel from the 14th century.
The Spanish understand how an Emperor may be both dignified and naked.

My post was supposed to be a humorous answer to the question preceding it, not a plea for clarification. I suppose the ? was out of place. Thanks for ruining my very bad joke.

So what's going on? Are the turns going to come in on time or is there going to be an extension?

They're been nothing from the GM or anything mentioned in the forum yet. So, I still think they'll get done tonight though maybe a bit later than usual.

Good. I'm looking forward to seeing how my turns came out. My turns are always so eventful. Between the two games I'm sure I will have conquered another 30 provinces or so. A little behind schedule, but still a good turn.

I had always thought that a better translation for Gottschalk was "God's fool."

So, is the prevailing opinion that we will have turns tonight? I do hope so...

The only reason you aren't completely ostracized as the pig you are is because you fit in so well here among your peers.

A post on the yahoo forum suggested there may be a 2 day extension, but as it hasn't been confirmed I'm assuming that it will go ahead as usual.

I have no peers; some people are less inferior to me than others, but none of them are anywhere near equal.

This little piggy wished he had a border with Roum right now.

Thanks for painting us all with your "broad" brush.
