YOU HEAR THAT ICE COLD?

IN YOUR FACE!~

The key to killing E.coli in meat is to thoroughly cook it at a temperature of 68.3 Celsius (approx. 160 F) Medium is 150 F, do the math.
Why do you hate E.Coli?

If the meat is good, then make it bloody as hell for me.

Always.
Same. I like it when it's so rare it has almost a crunchy texture to it. Tames the savage in me I suppose - for a while. 😛

Not only that, grinders can hide the fact that ground meats might not be 100% meat.

poor cow... if i was that cow i would at least want the curiosity of being cooked properly if i was to be eaten. anything more than medium is just wrong. seriously... how long are you shewing that thing far? how much fluid to you need to wash it down with? this makes me sad 😞

rare - medium rare for me... depends on the cut and quality. i've eaten one blue fillet steak before... and it was gooood.

the only way i can eat anything well done if it was slow cooked and it's practically falling apart. love shoulder of lamb and pork slow roasted...

have you ever even tried to eat something less than medium well? try it... don't even think about, just put it in your mouth and chew. you owe it to the cow.

I once ate a hamburger that was questionable. I knew it was questionable but I was really hungry.
I threw up every hour, exactly, for 12 straight hours. 😞

I will NEVER eat raw meat again!

raw or rare? like the people said above you're supposed to cook minced meat all the way through (if i know it's fresh and came from a good piece of meat i have no problems eating it a little pink...) but steak should usually be fine eaten pick. one bad experience shouldn't put you off forever. i've had food poisoning twice, once from a combination of raw fish and poor sanitary conditions and the other from an abnormally large chicken leg. both times both exit holes were kept pretty busy but it never put me off eating raw fish, from dodgy looking food stands or well tbh i've never eaten an abnormally large chicken leg again.

you won't even cook yourself rare-medium rare food?

No. Why take the chance?

Besides, who wants to eat bloody food? I hate it when my steak starts bleeding when I cut it open.
