Especially after the recordings have been all over the internet. Will a judge even let them in as evidence? The question still remains if the recordings were doctored.

Why didn't she bring the tapes directly to the POLICE instead of the MEDIA?
There is way more to this than meets the eye.
Many people would make someone angry enough to take a poke at them, push their buttons till they went a little nutty. Especially if it meant Millions of dollars in a settlement.
Even Mels EX-Wife come forward to say he in no way threatened or hit her during all their years together.
