A thread for trying to express yourself with as many mixed metaphors as you can, please.


I was just listening to the commentary from Wellington, and it seems Brook got sconned on the melon with a brand new cherry.


It's time our rubber met the road, and we bit the bullet on these issues, so those who want to punt should pull the ripcord now before the horse bolts.


He was boxing the one-eyed champ while thinking of a pearl necklass.


You need to kill 2 birds with one stone then put it on the back burner. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words if you run it up the flag pole to see which way the wind is blowing.

Two birds in the bush are worth the same as birds in the kitchen flocking together to get out of a frying pan.
