I use it mostly now for just this site and google. It's disabled for all others. I also changed the default setting so you have to put your mouse on the mouseover icon to open the cooliris "window".

Probably the best thing about it though, is the ability to highlight any word, right click and have a cooliris "window" pop up when you hover over either the dictionary, google images, google search or wiki options. Contextual help within 2 clicks.
