Er, hang on, the ghosts in Scooby Doo in the 70s, for example, invariably turned out to have been created using lights and mirrors.

I don't think that my kids have ever seen Scooby Doo. I can't see how they could have. No. My excellent post was purely down to me, and me alone.

Merely the catch phrase used old chap by every Scooby Doo villain at the end of the episode. (As i suspect you know!)

I often didn't see the very last bit because our TV was on a coin meter.

It's good to now finally find out that the villains in Scooby Doo knew how to give credit where credit is due.

I hate Scooby Doo. Silliest cartoon ever. Can't believe I'm even talking about it. I must be really bored.

Hmm, not sure it suits you as an avatar.

Have you tried Mickey Mouse?

As an avatar? Too cheezy. But that makes me think of a good one for FMF. Go-Go Gadget.

I always make myself drink all my coffee, even if I've let it get cold, just to teach myself a lesson.

I'm the exact opposite. If I don't finish something I started, odds are I will probably never get it done.
