If there is a group conspiring against you I am not in it,but nobody

I challenged you Dave for the reason I told you at the time you
accepted to play-We have never played before.
You said about me denying the aim was 2000.You know that when I
said that, the aim was 1974.
The game you discuss-I wanted the best chance I could of causing an
upset and beating Gilbert,so I asked that he play Petroff to a long line
of book and then we play the game live.That gave me a better chance.
The reason for the access of my account is harmless it has never been
used to disadvantage you or anyone else.
I will not be drawn into a power game.
There are some major changes taking place in my life,and I don't
need the stress.
I will not play anymore players who are seeking to get to the top of
the ladder.There is nothing wrong with that,just I play for fun and
improvement and I don't want the hassle of getting dragged into
things like this.

You are far above all ethical standards. I don't want people to think
that you are either ca heater or part of a conspiracy. It isn't.
Nor am I.
For the sake of my friends and those who I love and respect, I will try
to step down as soon as possible, so that this community can become
again like it has been now for several months: a warm and happy
one.
I will not leave RHP, for that would be equal to admitting guilt. And
that is false. I like the community too much for that. I will be
available for unrated (public or private) games only for those who
respect me, once my rating will have dropped below the top20..

I hope you will decide to play rated, Sintubin, and to stay in the
top20, why not top1!
Personally I think that playing rated is more exciting, there's nothing
wrong with aiming for the top.
About Dave: I think the two of you shouldn't play each other anymore.
Otto,Sintubin and Janey are different players.
I started the silly practice of having access to other people's accounts.
It was to write Alley_Crime's profile.
I also have access to Count's,but that was just to get him a pawnstar.
Janey and I have been coching through Gilbert,and some unrated
private games start from a position which Gilbert set's up.
I changed my password now,because I can see how this innocent
practice can appear.
I too don't know why Gilbert is resigning games.

I was just going to sit and be quiet today and not go forward anymore
on this due to the hateful things that were said about me needing to
see a doctor and all of that...but this final statement should prove to
alot of people of what I am talking about.
Now everyone has to worry about who they are playing...as well as a
program. You give up access to your account and have access to
others?
Please people!! does everyone not see what is going on here?

I am not attacking...I am merely stating that everything I said is
true...and this was something I had NO knowledge about...but it only
makes my case stronger.
I came out on this because it had to be said and done...and we have
grown such a great community here that being "politically correct" is
the usual actions for the day...and so people like "three figs" found a
way to beat the system...and this is no better or innocent. It is the
same as letting someone take a test for you in college...you know
they expel you for that around here.
I am more in a state of shock now knowing that all of you have been
using each other's accounts than for anything else.
But the fact is is that we are all human and I accept that maybe you
did not realize the severity of what you were doing..but I also know
that you are intelligent and an adult..and that you knew it was wrong.
This is not a chat room...it is a chess site...with ratings and
rules...manipulating those is wrong...no matter what the reason.
I know you did not say anything about the whole doctor deal and I
appreciate that.
Like I have said before...this was not about being #1...I could care
less at this point...it was just sitting up there on a pedastel in front of
20,000 people on false pretenses.

I have no evidence that Gilbert cheats.
From time to time,in the Uk we can vote about bringing back the
death penalty.The Govenment want's it back.Everytime there is a vote
it is rejected by ordinary people like me..We can only elect leaders,but
if they don't do what we want they are replaced.

I am positive of what I said and if people read between the lines and
see the responses and actions that were taken then they can see also.
As for bringing up the "death penalty"....I do not see where that has
anything to do with this.
I for one believe in it..if you haven' noticed US news lately we have
alot of sick people kidnapping, raping, and then killing small girls
here...one case just finished right down the interstate from me when
they found the girl's bodies buried in the guy's backyard....and I hope
they put him to death...yeah Dave the big sexist pig that hates
women and all would think this strongly about protecting the yooung
women in this world against sexual predators....but that is neither
here nor there.
The fact still remains that I have had no clue against who I am
playing in our game since you have stated the fact that you account is
accessible to others...I repeat...you just made my case stronger in
this...but I am very proud of you for at least coming out to everyone
and telling the truth.
