Does he also make immature posts in Chess forums purely designed to poke fun at other people's misfortunes?

No I am very sorry about NIK and Bubbles but after I said sorry to NIK he took advice from someone else and made me feel like I was telling lies.
If I want to say my dog is alive that is up to me, NIK should not be upset about me and my dog.
Also dale21 has sugested that my dog wont be around for long, why dont you ask him if he has plans to kill my dog.

Maybe misfortunes was the wrong choice of word but it's the only one that came to mind about the bad situation of a close pet passing away.

and there's no need to call me an a-hole! i was just making a point. people are often ditching other people's spelling and/or grammer here. i meerly pointed out his word choice as well as making a semi-valid point about pets (it's going to die anyway, so lets not all go complaining...)

and telling someone they are acting like an a-hole is often perceived as being acting like an a-hole. however, me saying that implies that i am acting like an a-hole. if that makes sense...
