You can't handle a Aloo Gobi Recipe (Cauliflower Potato Curry)? Wuss.

    Try a Goan Aloo Vindaloo.

Ask them to give you some red bird's eye chillis.

You realize it's not the dish that has heat it's the level of spice? Vindaloo is fake Indian anyway, it's English.

The hottest thing I ever had was a dish in Thailand, felt like 100% chillies.

And cheap. Even last year about £1:50 for rice and seafood in a local restaurant. Amazing. One of the simple pleasures if life, pad Thai on the street for about 20 baht.

I can handle it but food isn't about handling, it's about enjoying. The only dish I couldn't handle was the chillies in Thailand, I tried but it was impossible.
