I think he meant "crepe". No, I'm not telling you what it is. Look it up.

you sound like a guy who likes to experiment. coffee, cats, and Greek just begs a mention of so-called "cat-poo coffee":

Kopi luwak (Indonesian [ˈkopi ˈlu.ak]), or civet coffee, is coffee made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and other related civets, then passed through its digestive tract.[1] A civet eats the berries for their fleshy pulp. In its stomach, proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through a civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, having kept their shape. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness, widely noted as the most expensive coffee in the world.

I read about that. Sounds like someone hit niche market. It made me think of a plant I wanted to cultivate Piper nigrum. The place I read about it said its best to treat the seed with a sulpheric acid bath for a few seconds to "waken" the seeds from dormancy. Its simulation the digestive tract of the birds and animals. If I'm not mistake the coffee beans the sold had that same suggestion.

Do you get 'bird's nest coffee' in the west??

It's a ruddy fortune here. I haven't tried it, cos I don't fancy spitting out the grass.
