So Nasa somehow lost the original tapes of the 1960's moon landing..The video equipment Nasa used to film the landing didn't work with TV technology of the day, so they had a NASA TV monitor showing the landing on a screen, and then the TV networks had a camera pointed at the NASA TV screen. So basically, what we all have seen was just a TV camera pointed at another TV showing a moon landing.
Somehow Nasa lost the original tape. It sure doesn't help their refuting the moon landing was a fake.

Tell me then, why they chose to fake it no less than seven times (including the near-disastrous Apollo 13 mission)?
Seven lies makes seven times as many risks of exposure, doesn't it? Why would they risk that? Until someone comes up with a satisfactory answer that question, nothing else matters in my book.

Shake your head and you'll know where the moon rocks are hidden.
The point which some of you, albeit not surprisingly, missed completely is this...how could NASA actually LOSE tapes of one of the most historic moments in human history????
Maybe someone like eagles54 was in charge of storage.

Originally posted by KurtHoeghAlthough I believe the moon landings were real, are you seriously asking why a government would lie to it's citizens??

Hmm, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Iraq responsible for 9/11, Gulf of Tomkin. All lies. You want a reason why governments lie to people sometimes? Just read Part I. of this article
