Count to ten, take a deep breath and relax.

If you play with no timebank knowing full well that there will be consecutive days you are unable to move (i.e. the weekend), you will inevitably lose games this way as it is well within the rules of the game to claim victory by timeout ("vacation" or not).

Instead of shedding a million tears and trying to publicly shame someone on the forum perhaps you should simply consider playing with a timebank and then this unpleasantness would never exist.

The skulls are there for a person to time another player out.It isn't a system glitch.It is up to the players discretion to time you out,or let you slide.In an OTB game,would you whine if your opponent claimed a win because your time had expired?

But, in this case, I got to tell you I agree with everyone else. You didn't move and you got timed out. That's what time outs are for.

If your clock had run out in one of your games with Kramnik, do you think he would have given you extra time just cause you sent him a note?
