The format of the new beta system that went live is confusing because here it means that http://www.redhotpawn.com/core/viewpublicgames.php?p1name=ccnoob&p2name=&showgamescode=I

I have no games to move. The green dot means "Next to move" and there is no green dot!

"What is that green dot next to my name?
FAQ

"If someone has been active (made a move) in the last 10 minutes, a green dot will appear next to their name. If you do not wish to reveal if you are online, you may turn this off from the 'My Profile Settings' page."

This is not about the green dot when active. This is about the section when you do a game search follow the link at the first post. "Next to move" should be green.

Doesn't the bold white or black dot clearly provide 'next to move' information?

From searching other people, either no one has a game in which they're next to move, or that's not functional yet. The other ways to tell when it's your turn still apply, such as the number of games waiting and whatever is opposite of opponent's move on the my game page.
