How you can get by, constantly denigrating people's posts, and therefore the people who wrote them, is beyond me. It is obvious you have such little disregard for these people, and yet they think you're just the cat's pajamas. That is what totally baffles me. I don't care if you post sensible, thoughtful responses to the ideas in my posts. I do care if you try to play schoolmarm with me and correct my admittedly American spellings. The way you microscopically focus on one insignificant aspect of my post, to the utter disregard of the point I'm making is what infuriates me. If you don't think my point is valid, feel free to post and tell me why. But please, please STOP telling me the British spellings of stuff. Whether you like it or not, I am an American, and I will use American spellings. I have no problem with your using the British spellings. What I do have a problem with is your attitude that you have to "correct" everyone all the time. I'm tired of hearing it, so please, in the future, respond to my ideas, or do not respond to me at all.
Since I know you will just respond flippantly to this, probably with some British "correction", please know that I'm done with this conversation, and probably all future conversations with you.
