Good play and fast play are two different things unless you have both going for you which t-g claims you do. I'll go with what he says as I know of him a lot more than you.
I'd never play anything less than 3/7 time limit.

ignore the silly remarks, that is a bit of the use of the forums...
Playing 1 day timeout/no timebank is completely permissiblae but is probably not the choice of many people. Finding opponents via the Forum is nearly impossible (I think I remember a time, whn there was a Forum for that)
