ignore the silly remarks, that is a bit of the use of the forums...
Playing 1 day timeout/no timebank is completely permissiblae but is probably not the choice of many people. Finding opponents via the Forum is nearly impossible (I think I remember a time, whn there was a Forum for that)

I believe he is just trying to time people out personally, or just doesn't know any better. I know you always give the benefit of doubt.
