I once alerted a post because I felt it was too stupid even for RHP. The mods just ignored it...probably because they're biased.

If this is indeed the case! I was told you have to send the alert, before you can send Feedback. Then if the alerted post is not removed by decision of the Mod, then you can send Feedback about it.
