If they are playing a rated game the points for or against do count so can affect the Clan Rating. I know you get it, you've been around long enough. A pretty good player in your time and probably can still play a pretty fair game I assume.

Then in a relatively equal position you had two pawns on the queenside to my one so you had chances to win.
My 4 pawns on the kingside to your 3 would have taken too long to generate counterplay but you accept the draw?
