Stop drinking soda and eat slow.

I have about 36oz of soda a day if I can get my hands on it. And I eat way to fast. I am usually the first one done. And at a 30 minute lunch break I could probably eat in 5 minutes.

Hello guys!

I want to spend more time practicing piano exercises and learning songs.
I have been playing too many games lately...😛

I also would like to read more not only chess or technical books.

Last night I bought "The eye of minds" (YA novel) looks like a mix of Matrix and Inception.
It is just the beginning.🙂
