Wucky3 (a.k.a Jo) and myself have been to the Nightwish concert and we just wanted to post that it was absolutely great. But after thoroughly searching the forums I found out that the whole thread has been removed ... For as far as I am concernend the thread was

a) Not discussing anything sexual, disgusting or otherwise out of order topic
b) Not having an explicit argument between 2 people
c) Not against any of the TOS

Yet it got removed

And the thing that is really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really annoying me (once again), is that our mods (once again) didn't have the grace to post why they have removed the whole thread (yes you have read correctly, a whole thread, not just one or two posts that might have contained something that violated the TOS)

So, frustrated as I am I would like to make a proposal

Can we have a forum where mods (at least very briefly) give reason of when and why they remove posts/threads. At the end of the day the vast majority of people at RHP are mature adults and what you mods are doing is very patronising (at least in my opinion)

Perhaps if a thread is removed it would be better to remove it to a seperate forum which carries a warning as the user enters. Something to the effect of...

'The threads in this forum have been deamed to be in breach of the TOS, any users viewing these threads should be aware that they may contain content that is offensive and users access them at their own risk'

At least this way the forums remain to the standards Admin obviously desire but users who wish to argue or flame each other (and there are plenty of people on this site who come here just for that!)....they may do so in a secure location. Having said this i think cheating accusations should remain Taboo as they are often un-provable a ruin some peoples enjoyment of this most excellent site. 🙂
