If there have been fewer than three moves you can simply delete the game.

There won't be a skull to click and you won't be eligible for a win.

If less than three moves are made there never will be a skull.
You should see a trash can, so when you get tired of waiting for your opponent to make a move, your only option is to delete the game.
It is not counted as a game. It will just disappear as if it was never there, once you click the trash can.

Yes of course you are correct, but you can also hit the skull after after opponents time runs out which is fun. 😉 I've had a little experience with this. I guess if you don't have a membership you are limited to amount of games you can play so your option would be the better one.
