Have you heard about time abusers? How many people start a game with a 28/28 setting, move quickly but once the game starts going the other way stop moving or move just before the timeout. Even with a huge material advantage that person can waste a lot of time. The higher the move limit/timebank the greater the risk of such abuse.

Have such people heard of honour?
