Elderly, senior citizens, even wrinklies, they're the ones who've achieved what others can only hope for - long life.
When you get there it becomes useful - discounts on everything, seats in crowded places, the best parking spots, and you don't need to please anyone but yourself. 😁

recently driving back from the shops a car pulled out infront of me, guy with a flat cap, beard & pipe" i exclaimed silly old sod" my wife pointed out that he was probably younger than me.

We always think back to the old days. I liked what you had to say by the way.

The world has changed so much since I was a teenager. I don't know that things will ever be the same again.

Nothing we can do so just sit back relax and drink what ever beverage you have. Try and enjoy your golden years as best you can.
