im 5'7 and i weigh 135 lbs and im much stronger than the typical person my size but im becoming a personal trainer so i still have to get a lot stronger and much bigger and/or cut. i was jw, what should i eat? i know enough about working out but not enough about nutrition. idk of any good protein sources that dont include a lot of fat and i need some help with that. i was jw if anyone knew

Fish, fish and more fish for protein; tuna, shark, swordfish v.good
plus any carb (pasta, rice, potato)
plus 5 portions fruit/veg a day

and don't be afraid of fats I think there is a lot of nonsense talked about fats ... if you are training hard your body will turn those fats into fuel.
