Place bets - expected 2-4 inches (more in snowbelt areas, which I'm in) with lots of ice and a lake effect snow watch in effect until 6AM tomorrow.

My school is notorious for being unpredictable with snow days - so the numbers might not help as much as you'd think. I pretty much need one, the winner gets a special prize!!!

It's early in the season so they probably haven't used up any snow days yet. And schools are wimpier for the first snowfall. So ... I say 40% chance of staying home and drinking hot chocolate.

I'm pretty desperate for a snow day right now.

...I just told you that it's going to snow. So obviously it isn't too early in the season. And I live in northeast Ohio - it could snow in summer.

Junior.

0% chance, my school went through it recently and we went to school with no hint of staying home. the principal said we are going to school no matter what.

Maybe that's because they don't even teach you how to spell "Principal" correctly at your school. 😛

"We are going to school no matter what" is a principle, though. 🙂

I told you the snow day criteria is wimpier early in the season. How much snow did you end up getting?

Only about an inch before school!

A ton after it started.
