being a penguinpuffin i have trouble moving the mouse or typing the keys with my fluffy purple flippers. sometimes my friend helps me with this but he NEVER suggests moves or anything. is this okay?

Actually I would expect you to JOIN those clans to express your solidarity against those of us who will not tolerate or condone cheating on the site.
My position on such matters is well known; certainly those clan leaders should expel flyunity. I have already made a post in the clan forums mocking him. I'm sure you and the Dr. Phils of RHP will think I'm being too harsh, however.

Why not take examples from finished games? And what if your best move isn't the best move?

If you wanted to be fair, you would make your move first, and back the game up and ask your brother the best move. Any advice good or bad before you make a move is breaking the TOS.
You really shouldn't be talking about ANY game in progress with anothe person, come to think of it.

Well, I wanted to say this so I could have a clear mind in case I did anything wrong. When I first got here I didn't read TOS right away so I didn't know helping people was wrong, my logic told me it was but I ignored it. This is a reverse case though, I was the one helping my dad. And yes that isn't a code word for engine, the mods can look through his games if they want, they won't see any engine use. I won't post his names in the forums but someone needs to see his games just message me. I stopped helping him in December/early Janurary after I read the TOS. My question here is what would happen? Would my dad be kicked? Or me? Or both? I was debating on whether to say anything or not as I don't want to leave but it'll just suck to be here if I'm questioning myself whether I should leave or not. So? What should I do?

I allowed Chess Slayer to join my clan (which every other clan on this site would have done ...[text shortened]... her matchups then mine). How's that for having standards and being "CONSISTENT", Ragnorak????
