Not listened to much d&b since I was at university, but merely the mention of some of the names is enough to bring back memories (though admittedly vague) of all those gigs and put a smile on my face. Endless Fabio & Grooverider sets, LTJ Bukem and the fire alarm, all the Metalheadz posse at festivals, watching hundreds of people trying and failing to dance to Squarepusher. Ahh, the memories...

I love DNB.

Especially LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad, who I can't believe you don't have listed. 4Hero are good, Omni Trio are class, I listened to Kosheen loads a couple of years ago. J Majik the same. I've seen Hype, Grooverider, Andy C, Zinc a few times in Fabric in London. A buddy of mine is one of the dancers in Shy Fx's Shake Your Body video.

I used to be into Carl Cox about 10 years ago, but as I've aged my ears can't handle it any more.

If you have any DNB with good MCing, then let me know via PM.

dj ratty, d-m-s, hype... conrad was about the best mc although I didn't like em, they tended to like the sound of their own voice too much. gq, mc-mc!

Just been to see Ed Rush & Optical down at digital (the night called
Turbulence), in Newcastle.

Was a pretty good night. I love D&B but am more into Breaks, in the likes
of Plump Dj's, Evil Nine and Stanton Warriors..
