Thank goodness we don't have such behavior clearly on display here.

Recently I was on another forum where one of the mods was both trollish in their own behavior toward others and also seemed driven by a wish to seem the most well-informed on that forum.

(Naturally I objected and got perma-banned -- which is too bad for me, because there were some cool people on that forum who I miss.)

Moderators have a job to do

If you think their behaviour is unfair you have several options

Firstly; complain on the website concerned - not here because no-one cares

Secondly; stop playing there

Thirdly; get some balls and get over it

Fourthly; leave that other forum

Fifthly; why on earth are you complaining about another website on RHP

Sixthly; no-one cares

Seventhly - RHP is the best chess site, so why are you looking elsewhere - does your wife / boyfriend know you are being unfaithful ?

Eighthly - I have NFI

Ninethly - Am having a new roof put on and got seven guys making more noise than Wembley Stadium .

Tenthly - about to drink more alcohol

Also, I hope you didn't take that personally. Are you a moderator? I did not have you in mind at all, nor any of the moderators here.

Y3: let's not drag Terran gender politics into this discussion.

Y5: it was only for the sake of comparison by contrast.
Y6: nice way to crush a lonely and isolated spirit -- but have you really polled everyone?
Y7: I would agree that RHP is the best chess site (at least for my taste), especially for anyone hoping to join multiplayer correspondence-style tournaments that start quickly and don't take years to finish, as well as for the clean and modern aesthetics -- but some of the people in the forums! 😉
Y8: Well, "NFI" can mean so many things, can it not?
Y9: My sympathies. I had that done about 20 years ago and now my roof is rotting again, but at the time I only had a few guys on my roof, which leads me to imagine that either you have a much larger roof than mine, or you are overpaying for the job.
Y10: Not that I'm teetotal, but please be careful with that.

And what if I were to reveal that the other forum was an astrology forum? 😉

So, you're having a bumpy Saturn transit. We all have them, we all get through them, until, eventually, one of them kills us. Looks like you survived this one though.

You got know by now things will not always go your way. If the Site owner(s) picked this moderator then they liked the way he conducted himself. Perhaps you aggravated her/him too much??? You been known to do that from time to time.

7 Men working on a roof? What do you have Mansion? I only had 4 working on my roof, and they had it done in 2 days not a leak to this day!!! You Sir, may have gotten ripped off.

It isn't over until the 4th one is won!!! It is like two all start Teams playing each other. Never know what will happen from game to game. Impressive winning 2 out 3 in L.A. The Blue Jay Pitching has been great! The good thing is they give them selves two more cracks at it. Sometimes harder to win at home than on the road.
