I'm not going to see this movie until Sunday night, when it won't be as crowded in the theatre. I've waited this long...I can wait a few extra days.

Besides, I don't have a costume.

Anyways: The top 10 reasons Star Wars is bester than Star Trek:

10. In the Star Wars Universe weapons are rarely, if ever, set on "stun".

9. The Enterprise needs a huge engine room with an anti-matter unit and a crew of 20 just to go into warp -- The Millannium Falcon does the same thing with R2-D2 an ...[text shortened]...
I'd have liked to see Luke kiss more people than just his sister though...to be quite honest.
I'm with you. I love the Star Wars movies... but there is another GREAT SCI-FI movie is coming out that may even equal Star Wars. Yeah, it's a remake of "WAR OF THE WORLDS". And it's coming out the end of June! I'm actually more excited to see that one than the last Star Wars episode.

I bet it's rubbish. I hear they've changed the whole ending - so it's rough tough hero types that save the world as opposed to the virus of the original.

But Star Wars - I think I'll wait until the crowds have dissipated a bit before I go - I wouldn't enjoy it with thousands of scrotes thronging all over the place, but I definitely will see it.

Nope, apparently, they've kept the ending. O_o...strange for HW.

24 hours from now - in line.

I'm going down to the local movie house this evening to mark my territory in line
Please don't tell us how you're going to achieve this!

My kids are too young to go, as it's a PG13 in the UK, so I guess I'll have to wait for the 6 movie DVD set.

I would say from what I've read that sopme scenes in rots may startle, and even shock younger viewers. You know your children better then anyone, but it might be a good idea to leave them with a sitter.

I can attend to that...it's all about me me me.

MW - And me.

*smile*

Seriously, it's rated M15+ over here, for strong sci-fi violence. Same as AotC was on DVD.

The first 3 (you know what I mean) were all rated U in the UK.
Why couldn't they make the new ones just as appealing and accessible to kids?

Does PG-13 restrict the age of viewers, or does it just provide a guideline?

It seems very much like the harry potter movies, they were all rated higher, but parents still let kids see it. Amazing.
