In that link he allegedly said the folllowing in 1994: "A world in which there is no sexual harassment at all is a world in which there will not be any flirtation."

Flirtation is defined as “behavior that demonstrates a playful sexual attraction to someone.” (Google)

I’d say not the entire world, but the workplace is a world where such flirtation is to ...[text shortened]... led.

Note also that such flirtation might not be the entirety of the accusations against him.
I met my wife at my old job. I definitely flirted with her. Other women there flirted with me, one directly asking "If we didn't work together, could I mess with you?".

On another job, a woman let me know that her libido "skyrocketed" after she went off birth control. She also asked me if I do coke.

Flirting is a matter of common sense. What's your relationship? How close are you? How much about her has she let you know? How personal has she gotten with you? If the answer is "strictly professional", flirting is off the table. Furthermore, don't be an idiot if flirting is a possibility. Playfully complimenting her is light-years away from exposing your penis.

Obviously. I'm trying to put women's experience and this blaming BS in terms a straight guy should be able to understand. Imagine your boss grabbing his crotch every time he sees you, or whipping it out as if you're going to find that in any way appealing, or grabbing your privates because he's your boss and he can get away with it. Imagine being told th ...[text shortened]... S before needs to let go of any moronic ideas that women and girls deserve what happens to them.
Well I never met a gravedigger who got upset about gays grabbing their crotch or whipping out their Johnson.

So on which planet would that situation occur? I don't think that would be describing Earth.
I dunno. A sea-change is going on, maybe.

So you're saying that it wouldn't bother you if a gay man did the exact same things to you as happens to women on a daily basis? After all, what are comfortable clothes for you might mean you dress like you enjoy teasing to them.

Seriously, men who are determined to molest women and girls do so no matter what they are wearing. And what they wear is irre ...[text shortened]... a gay man doing it to or in front of you, don't do it to or in front of a non-consenting woman.[/b]
You are wrong on multiple levels. I didn't say it was okay for women to be treated such, because in fact I don't think it is. And my ass has been grabbed by bosses, some of them male, and I never felt deeply offended. I didn't like the overt sexual stuff, but well thanks and I like you too, you know? Get back to work.

But if you do not realize that women often like to dress to tease, you're stupid. It's a girl thing. They gossip about it.
