I got some raw herring from my father's cousin from the Netherlands who's visiting. I will never be able to eat a sardine again, as I have tasted heaven.

Vacuum packed - I can basically taste the ocean. Are the tinned ones not as good? I've been searching for a supplier here, but can only find rolmops and tinned herring here as far as I can tel.
