Online BackGammon

This is a long shot, but does anyone know of any good online BackGammon sites (if such a thing exists?)

I am eager to know because I belive I have gone as far as I can in chess, and desire a new challenge.

The only one that springs to mind is www.itsyourturn.com.

There are other games on there as well including chess, and different tournaments. I do not know of any dedicated Backgammon sites though. Sure will let you know if I come across any.

I also has a computer prediction system which lets you play on even if your opponent hasn't even moved - games move fast ;-)

I used to play backgammon on yahoo games. But the thing that sucks, is that people tend to quit when they are losing. I dont know if that is still a problem, as its been a while since ive been there.

i do know that some of the new PS2 games that you can play online now have a rating system, regarding the reliability of an online opponent. Maybe by now, yahoo has done something like that.
