Open Memo to My Few Detractors
History is important. Do you have any sense of history? I mean recent RHP history. If so, then you will remember the banning of several
members as a major item, followed by all the flap about the General Forum dying out because of the private forums in recent months. So
guess what? Advisedly or not, one old man (who is still quite young) resolved that he didn't want the RHP General Forum to die out and,
in his inimitable and feeble way, decided to try to do something net positive/non-net sum zero gain about it. Day to day thing just sort
of evolved... a lively post here or a provocative thread there and a few unintentional stupid ones along the way. Do hope we're better off
today than a few months ago, when it was tough to find a good friendly fight or an evening chat and nobody left the light on for you.
