I'm in good deal of pain, have been for about of month. I take many Ibuprofens a day. How do you know when it is hurting you? Could I just keel over and die of heart attack at 27? I'm getting curiousabout this because I have some scheduled appointments to fix the problem but I'm still going to need the pills till its fixed.

Have you tried a different painkiller? Or take the correct dosage alongside the correct dosage of paracetamol.

The maximum dosage for ibuprofen is (as you might guess) far higher than what it says on the bottle. I worked in a hospital for a while and my wisdom teeth were really killing me. One of the nurses gave me these huge horse pills with way more than the max OTC dosage of ibuprofen.
