The only thing that comes close is the 3b line that says:
(b) You will not use chess engines, chess software, chess computers or consult any third party to assist you in any game. Chess books and databases can be consulted during play.
I'd hardly find his post to be consulting a third party, and celtic's post certainly isn't assisting him. How do you conclude "cheating" in this instance?

I think you mean oversensitive.... 😛
Oversensitive : Easily affected by what is said/done
Oversensible : Too smart? 🙄
BTW I mean by the "and stop whining" part. Im not whining. Im complaining about how rude he was in the message he sent back to me
However if you get offended because someone points out that you're complaining in forums (and you are indeed doing it) you will get a lot of upsets here in forums, for sure.

.......and I stand by the fact that discussing, posting, crying, complaining or whatever can be done in forums about a game in progress is really bad chess etiquette.
After I posted "wobble your king to h2...."
I immediately realized I should not be commenting on the game.
Whether its in the rules or not.It is bad etiquette.
I should have replied.:-
"We cant discuss a game in progress". and that would have ended this.
I should have known better.
wibble is a recent member. Perhps he didnt realise .

Yes,there's nothing in the TOS that forbids talking about a game in progress but it's terribly bad chess etiquette ,just like whining in forums about a player who doesn't accept a draw or doesn't resign.
