It wasn't a film, it was a TV extended episode for a New Year special. It wasn't particularly note worthy, he was a cross between Sylvester McCoy and Peter Davidson, not very original. I wouldn't bother.

I think Withnail is a fantastic film..... no real plot but it doesn't need it with McGann and Grant even Michael Elphick was great!!!
