At this moment, six of the top ten "Most Active" players are pawn stars, but only
two of the top ten "Highest Rated" players are pawn stars. Hmmm...I wonder what
conclusions can be drawn from this. Perhaps it is that the top rated players feel
their lofty status excludes them from having to worry about such mundane things
as becoming a pawn star, while the rest of us should feel obliged to subsidize
their membership. I realize that becoming a pawn star is optional, but I don't
think it's going to bankrupt anyone either.
Greetings:
Well, i became a pawn star, because i love playing on this site...and,
well, even though my contribution was small, well, at least i did
something to ensure my future playing in here. It is just a small price
to pay!! I am also looking forward to getting a few of those large
coffee mugs; i hate coffee, but i do love my tea!! And, what better way
to relax, than with a warm drink, and a game of Chess!! A nice bottle
of Red Wine is nice over a board at times also!! Any chance of getting
a pawn star wine glass?? Seriously though...were else can you find a
nice friendly atmosphere to play for very little expense to ones self!!
Slan...
