Peanut butter and lettuce sandwich.
I had a babysitter that made those for lunch. My favorite thing she made was fried bologna sandwich.

Now the fried bologna Sandwich would have sounded good 20 years ago! 😉

We don't want to say what is in that do we? 🙂

Post your culinary abominations here
Never ate roaches, crickets, or worms, but I do like the canned roasted river eel one can find at Asian grocery stores.

(I don't like sea eel because there are too many needle-like bones for it to be worth the trouble.)

Being you've never seen me you have no idea how big I am! 😛 🙂

Blowing hot air again for others? 🙂

I figure you're a little guy. Little guys are the scrappiest. 😉

(Probably has something to do with the shorter neuronal distances, plus chronic fear of the big guys.)

Did you know that a female sunfish can lay up to 300,000,000 eggs at a time.

I didn’t, just checked wiki, had never heard of that fish. Appears they can’t survives in waters less than 10c so we don’t have them in Ireland.
No but if you hum a few bars I'll fake it.

Did you get gout? That could happen eating like that I'd bet. I know liver, it filters out toxins, has a strong odor similar to urine and blood, which smells of iron or metal. My mom made it and loved it
I haven't eaten it in 55 years lol

It was original Iron Chef (the only one that matters) that got me to even think of trying roasted river eel (albeit in a can).

My mom used to cook beef liver for us, too. I actually like beef liver with some onions and ketchup, but eat it rarely because of the trouble of having to thaw it and then having enough for several meals.

In the meat business we call tongue, liver, kidney etc offals. Because they "fall off" the main carcass. People used to eat more heart, liver, sweet breads than today.

I've heard that Americans are the only people that make casseroles.
We've made casseroles with noodles vegetables, ground beef, canned soup, cheese. We've made burrito casseroles, stuffed pepper casseroles
