"Hello LARISSA, are you there? You *explenitive* *badly spelled explenitive*!!!!!!!!

Try Pcpitstop they might be able to help, they did for me but it took about 2 weeks with a totally different problem, worth a bash anyway.

Are you not a pro-lifer?

You need to go to a non-infected computer, and visit this link...
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.serflog.a.html

then download the removal tool and save to floppy/memory stick and print off the instructions. Then fix your pc.

BTW: With words like "explenitive", you'd go a long way in the Countdown game.

PS To avoid getting anymore nasties make sure that you have a fully updated AV program. This means updating as often as possible. Everyday in fact. Although i must admit, i only do it once a week.
Turn off system restore on the infected PC. Google search for stinger on an uninfected PC. Download the stinger program then run it on your infected machine.Set the options to delete all infected files. Then run a scan. When it's finished reboot. Place your windows disc in the CDROM drive and and go start > run> cmd.
type sfc /scannow at the DOS prompt. This should replace all deleted system files hopefuly.
