We're all over the place, genre-wise, but we mainly stick to garage, country, punk and rock.

Enjoy!
Hell yeah! That rocks man!!

Excellent!

I love the band constantly howling in the background, it really does sound like you're all having fun.
In fact, it makes me want to grease my hair, pierce my nose and chew tobacco.

Great stuff!

I've never met a musician who liked being compared to another musician, you've probably just posted the equivalent of a punch in the gut for darvlay.

Darv, nice website. I'll be downloading your tracks on Monday.
Nah, it's not that bad... 🙂

Lemon Meringue is essentially a tribute to Johnny Cash. It becomes more noticable once you decipher the lyrics.

I really like Lemon Meringue, but the other two are too heavy for my tastes.

Nice site. You need to get some upcoming dates in there though. 😉

Idiot.
Influenced, maybe... but to say, oh you sound like Crap, they're pretty good, is not appreciated.

Tribute acts???

If the musisian you are comparing with is liked by the person you are talking to I see no problem. If you said wow that was just like busted or mcfly then it might not go down so well.

Every musician will have bands that have inspired them and they enjoy the music of and I would say comparing them with these bands wouldn't be so bad.
Tibute acts aren't bands, they are trained monkeys.

I never said if any of those bands were any good or not, I said that it reminded me of listening to them.
