aye, the last half hour of return of the king had me crying as well, but more in a bored-to-tears kind of a way

I think that the movie was great all the way through! Some parts were not the best, but as a whole the movie was a definite 10 on a scale of 1 to 10! When u post a message and u have seen the movie I would like to average out the different ratings everyone gave!? 1 is the worst, 10 is the best, so... rate it! plz =) -Luke
Based on my earlier explanations I will give this film a 6.

Strong promising start, which sadly doesn't deliver, and no character development, uninvolving. Looks good though and the score is good.

6

Went as saw it today. I must say that I was very impressed with it. It was much better than I expected.
I'll have to give it my atheist recommendation.

I saw Narnia the other day and thought it was hilariously all wrong. It takes itself wasy too seriously and, in my eyes, couldn't pull it off. Every time they said "Aslan" I'd start laughing. I'm laughing now. I'd say it's probably an okay movie if you're under the age of 12, or to take your kids to...

Harry Potter is better. or buy the Lord of the Rings DVD set and stay home. my two cents: Narnia sucks.

I've just seen it and it was excellent. Maybe less so for someone who's never read the series. A superb and faithful adaptation of the book - just a bit soppy in parts and a bit dragged out. I don't know who the Ice Queen is but she was brilliant and extremely menacing. I missed it on the credits but was that the voice of Pierce Brosnan on the fox? 8/10
