-Removed-I remember seeing this poster are my grandparents home and I had always assumed it was my aunty till I was about 7!
I never went in for posters of people, it seamed really weird to me that people had pictures of people they didn't know on their walls. I had a huge poster of loads of animals in a jungle setting (but they weren't just jungle animals) and a map later.
A friend's sister had covered her wall with overlapping images of bands etc from magazines which I thought was cool so embarked on similar, but lost interest in the project after a while. Later painted the Roger Dean Yes logo with some house paints and had Close to the Edge poster. As older teen probably whilst pissed decided to invite friends to paint whatever they wanted on the wall. Never could decided if it was good or not, but didn't paint over it (First time I went back after leaving home it had gone completely!).
-Removed-In my teens, I had the famous Farah Fawcett poster. Plus the individual shots of each Beatle which came in my LP of "The White Album".
I also remember Led Zeppelin's "The Song Remains the Same" poster hanging above my bed.
Mind you, it's a small miracle that I can recall any of this. 😀
@torunn saidBrigitte Bardot (on my apt wall in the mid 60s) and the Blue Marble beside it in the early 70s.
