@suzianne saidFrom my experience men who talk the most BS tend to get the most women.
I approve of men saying stupid stuff.
It allows natural selection to take place.
Quiet intellectual introspective men, not so much.

@moonbus saidI have known very few men to be that accomodating. Most insist on being themselves and then develop a bad attitude about women who reject what they are. Some are perfectly acceptable human beings, thankfully.
Men are incredibly simple-minded. Natural selection is driven by women, because they have what men will do anything to get. If women want men to be like Labrador retrievers, all touchy-feely, roll over on their backs while women rub their bellies, then men will act like Labrador retrievers. If women want men to be macho Telly Savalas dudes, then men will be macho Telly Savalas dudes. If women want stupid men, then men will be stupid. It's really that simple.
@moonbus saidI think you’re going males a disservice here.

@suzianne saidPerhaps your just a poor judge of character when it comes to choosing which men to have in your life.

@divegeester saidBut he may be complying with the OP.
I think you’re going males a disservice here.
@divegeester saidYes, a woman said that, not a man.
Now, here you go again
You say you want your freedom
Well, who am I to keep you down?
It's only right that you should
Play the way you feel it
But listen carefully to the sound
Of your loneliness
Dreams: Nicks
@divegeester saidAaaand some say stupid stuff like this.
Perhaps your just a poor judge of character when it comes to choosing which men to have in your life.
@suzianne saidYes I credited her in my post, did you not notice?
Yes, a woman said that, not a man.
@suzianne saidHis speculation makes sense, and certainly isn't "stupid", even if it doesn't apply to you.
Aaaand some say stupid stuff like this.
@suzianne saidBased on what you wrote, I’d say there is a high likelihood that you have made poor choices regarding which men to allow into your life.
Aaaand some say stupid stuff like this.
@divegeester saidMy point is that a man wouldn't/couldn't say it.
Yes I credited her in my post, did you not notice?
@suzianne saidNonsense. The Stevie Nicks lyric has unisex application.
My point is that a man wouldn't/couldn't say it.
@suzianne saidPerhaps the man she is referring to in the lyric made as poor a judgment of her as she did of him.
My point is that a man wouldn't/couldn't say it.
@divegeester saidUnlucky?
Based on what you wrote, I’d say there is a high likelihood that you have made poor choices regarding which men to allow into your life.
It might be wrong and you have just been unlucky, but I don’t accept the premise “unlucky in love”, it’s down to judgment.
