I had my English literature final exam this morning. We studied the great gatsby, and because the results came in literally as we were about to start writing, everyone got really stressed and all. We could write an essay about the misogynistic attitudes of Tom Buchanan, and many people's essays turned into them writing about Trump (or at least they said theirs did). The government invigilators broke the usual protocol to give as live updates, and at 10 am one of them shouted "Donald Trump is the next US president"

I was too distracted to think about poetry or write a very good essay.
