I am sure this has been discussed before.
I have always been a PS man, but looking at the games to be released for PS3 they look boring compared to the selection already available for the 360.
Plus the X-Box is a lot cheaper. I think I will make the jump from PS to X-Box.
Has anyone got any thoughts on if the X-Box or the PS3 will be better in terms of fun and playability. I will only ever use it for games, I am not interested in saving my photos on a consol. I have a PC for that.
Originally posted by knightwestWell I have a 360, the 360 will have the better graphics. I think the PS3 sucks and is a waste of money, if you don't want to go with either of those, get the Nintendo Wii, it's quite popular and fun from what I hear but I"m sticking to my Xbox.

Originally posted by JohnLennonForeverOnly advantage to the PS3 is that it's the cheapest Blu Ray player on the market... But then again Blu Ray might go the way of Beta Max with the introduction of HD DVD.... But who kows.

Originally posted by AndrewKnottyeah and I've heard that's also why alot of the PS3's aren't working, because of the Blu Ray.

Originally posted by JohnLennonForeverI was unaware of such. But it doesn't suprise me. Cause with all of these systems the first shipment is always messed up. But people always rush out and buy them, and then complain that they are messed up.

It really is very nicely implemented, and is more than just a gaming console from the oldy worldy days.

I had a minor panic attack just reading that.

Sony and Microsoft are both focusing on making the ultimate entertainment system to take over you living room, while Nintendo are just producing a simple console and games for it.
