First off: the strichnone in acid is what makes you see all the pretty colors and flashing lights which comes in the lower grades of acid but is naturally in mushrooms. All the psychodelics have their up and down side, but it takes a strong mind to use and control the experience. Having used all the pyschodelics known to me, I enjoyed them all. Never b ...[text shortened]... rightened life style and let it all go by and take your sanctimonious ego to the grave with you.
If what you say is true, then I hope that those 'frightened'
and 'weak' will not be goaded into doing anything they wouldn't
otherwise by that kind of subtle social pressure from those around them.
I have associates and family that have had plenty of those experiences.
I had one friend in particular that wasn't afraid at all, nor too sanctimonious...
But I'm neither frightened or emboldened by their experiences,
nor do I think I'm better than any of them or you. I simply make up my own mind. If you think otherwise (as you say you do) then so be it.

Have you ever ''tripped''?
would you like to?
just wondering...
Never tried the stuff.

I have to say i found salvia to be rather unpleasant, a bit like dying. Nothing is a horrid as ketamin though, that stuff is just evil. Clean acid (if you can find such a thing any more) though, is an experience everyone should have once imo...

Originally posted by MarinkatombI think in retrospect I'm with you on the salvia issue (and I'd agree even more if I'd fallen sideways!) and not your housemate. That said, it was my first trip and I think it's a good introduction to psychedelics because it is short and manageable but also eerie enough to warn one that some aspects of digging around in one's like mental plumbing with a chemical tour guide are to be taken a little seriously.
