eating as we type... need beer. will definitely be doing this again, they're like a salty soya nut.

what the hell do you do with the rest of the pumpkin?

edit: try it with the butter.

boil it, then mash it, mix with sweetened condensed milk a little flour, some cinnimon, clove and other spices, sugar to flavor and bake in a pie crust bon apetite

Glad you tried them Trev!

I still have two pumpkins left...sticking with the old wash, salt, bake method. It seems to work the best for me.

they were good, a little to salty perhaps but i wouldn't do a lot differently a second time which is always a good sign. i had to stir it quite a bit when boiling, they seem to want to cluster together.

so what do you do with the rest of your pumpkin?
