That looked very painful. I’d already wondered about the strain that fixed, misaligned, head position put upon the spine? Particularly for older people.

Yes, I figured it was just a matter of time they are standing there motionless not even blinking an eye. A young man in good health is required for this. Those Guards have to be top shape to be able to do that. Someone was telling me they are changed every 4 hours. Is this true?

Agreed, Younger men in top shape should be a requirement to do this, in my opinion.

Fun really? To stand there for 4 hours motionless?

That would take a lot of stamina and more for a younger man in top shape.

Exactly what he was referring to they change every 4 hours!

I think I am fair shape for my age, and I would have a very difficult time standing motionless for 4 hours. Of course I am not in peak shape right now either.

Still takes a lot of endurance and stamina. It appeared to be an older gentleman who fell. The 3 that were with him couldn't help because of Protocol?
