I did not but being of advanced age I too would likely, been put in that situation, have done the same. Face plant? OUCH.😲

Yes, it must have been a terrible embarrassing moment for him.

As I said Younger Men in Top physical condition would be best suited for that duty.
I just hope it wasn't too serious. Did you notice the stagger he took then got his balance back stood up straight, then fell forward. AS you said a face plant, the guy behind was going to help then pulled his arm back as it must be against protocol.
